”I rarely ever leave reviews, but after staying at WoodSpring Suites Houston 288 South Medical Center, I genuinely feel obligated to warn other people before they waste their money here. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I have EVER had, and I travel often. From the moment I walked into the building, the entire place gave unsettling, sketchy, crime-scene vibes. The hallways smelled strange, the atmosphere felt unsafe, and the overall condition of the property looked neglected...

”It’s was 6:30 am and the house manager went door to door waking everyone up about the restroom. She asked who flooded the floor and left water everywhere. It was more like a disciplinary house. There was a lot of loud talking till 1 AM. And it will start back about 7 AM by the house manager and some of the guests. The pictures that are on the app are not actually pictures of the property false advertising. Although if you’re desperate, it needs somewhere to go it will do temporarily.”

”I reached there on my booking date and someone else was already in my room claiming that they have booking for the same room. So basically my room had double booking so i couldn't stay there. I tried to contact management or customer service but no one was accessible. I had to book another hotel and stay there. I have now applied for refund, which i hope i get 100 back..”
