”We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway! The cottage was impeccably clean and cozy. It was perfectly appointed with modern amenities, yet it still retained its classic coastal charm. Waking up to breathtaking views of the water right from our room was the highlight of the trip. The innkeepers were incredibly accommodating. A huge bonus for us was the kayaks on the property. The availability of clean lifejackets was a plus. We can’t wait to go back and relax.”

”This was a mom & kids trip to explore mystic. We had a fabulous time! The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the aquarium & the old mystic village. If you’re traveling without kids & want to stay in a more beachy part of town I’d recommend staying over the drawbridge area. Either way this hotel was very kid friendly, the pool area is nice & not like most hotels. I’d definitely come back.”

”The staff were nice. We chose to switch to a different hotel after we checked in. Our room had stains on the floor, furniture, and walls. The bathroom was untouchable and unsanitary. The gap between the wall and air conditioning unit was huge.”

”No hair dryer. 99% of the receptacles need to be replace as they are vary loose. Lost power to refrigerator numerous times. No hangers in the room. Will not book there again.”

”The hotel management Duty manager, My room no 127 on 06/05/26 for one night and very in unclean curtains (you can’t touch very ugly) floor carpet and no water at all time from wash basin and inform to front desk ( lady on duty) she said inform to manager but no one came or call to fix this issue ,even next morning no one attend and the breakfast room microwave not cleaned food spread all over the microwave, Thank you De Silva Please follow up and give me a feedback”

”A large hotel with good facilities. Good room size with comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Close to I-95 for travellers. Area is very quiet with little in the way of facilities close by”

”The place was run down and not as represented on-line. There was no staff at desk, pool was green, damp / musty smell, odd characters loitering Outside and in lobby. Surrounding area didn't feel comfortable / safe. There was a trailer community up against the hotel property and a closed down business in front of hotel.”
