Asunnot – South Bend

”Wife and I enjoyed our 2 Night Stay! Cozy, quiet and Clean place to stay if you are ever in town for the weekend/week! Very close to pretty much everything in South Bend! Host was very nice and helpful thru our 2 Night Stay! Thank you so much and we will be back in the Future! Thanks again!”

”Check in was a fiasco. Not just for me, but everyone who had a reservation. There was a message on the door that all reservaions had been canceled. However, there was a line of nearly 20 people waiting to check in their room. After about an hour +, we finally was giver a room. The clerk stated that my room was already occupied??? I showed the conf # & email from Bonvilla; she did not recognize or heard of that name. I told her that I believe that is the owner who lives in Switzerland. Some were...

”We reserved our room months in advance, but when we went to check in there was no one at the front desk. There was just a note stating that no rooms were available. I’m still working on getting my refund. It was a mess! Don’t reserve a room here!”

”Photos and description was completely misleading. The pictures had to be 30 years old with nothing being done to the property since. The worst property I have ever stayed at. I one time stayed in a property that half of the building had caved in and it was better than this one. Everything being misleading is a understatement, it is down right lies. We told a local where we stayed and we were told the State houses inmates until whey can get on there feet after prison. Stay as far away from...

”Just what we needed on an unexpected drive across the country!”

”Clean room with very responsive host”

”Great location for what was needed. Walls are not insulated. My neighbor appeared to be on honeymoon. Learned more than I ever wanted to know. Poor lighting in the loft. Ceiling fans in bedrooms did not work. Air was loud unable to utilize fan at night. Room was dirty— under bed was bad and sandy grit in shower. Floor was dirty. Towels had a sour smell— too much Gain. Coffee bar poorly stocked. No sugar any morning. Insane policy to charge 20.00 an hour to come early if room is already ready....

”It was unique and charming. It had laundry, coffee bar, and a place to walk along the river. We did not like that the main outside door was broken. Also, it had 2 TVs but we had a difficult time getting them to work.”

”I only stayed briefly but everything was excellent. Clean, well decorated & furnished, excellent communication from hosts. My only warning would be the surroundings and the parking lot could be perceived as unsafe - nothing outrageous but some rowdy folks in the evening, dark parking lot. If you're sensitive about the sort of thing you might want to be careful.”

”Awesome place ”
