”The Pack Horse is a lovely old pub with friendly staff that were most helpful. We stayed 1 night, the room was comfortable and was ideal for our stay. They also provided plenty of tea and milk which was a bonus.
The only downside is they do not do food but there is a fish & chop shop or takeaway that you can order and bring into the pub to eat.”

”Erittäin ystävällistä palvelua ja siistit huoneet! Samassa yhteydessä oli suosittu ravintola, jossa oli todella hyvää ruokaa. Aamupala oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Valitsimme hotellin sijainnin, hinnan ja arvioiden perusteella. "Lähi"nähtävyyksistä kävimme katsomassa Tintagelin linnan ja Dartmoorin kansallispuiston.”

”While there is nothing wrong with this hotel if you just want to sleep there, if you want food or drink find somewhere else. On Friday night they closed the bar at least half an hour early so we couldn’t get a drink, on Sunday they were short staffed so stopped serving food at 7pm so we had to eat crisps and nuts! The hotel is a long way from anywhere to nip and get food and drink, so please make sure you are suitably refreshed before coming back.”

”Lovely old building with nice staff and excellent food. Parking can be a problem and the tv system is on satellite and hardly ever works.
But definitely a lovely hotel and we would return.”

”Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent both at breakfast and at the bar. The tv in the room could be somewhat bigger with more channels available and a box of tissues left in the room would be welcome. Overall a very nice experience.”
