”The location , the quaint Victorian feel the breakfast & coffee”

”The stay at Patterson Inn was all that I wanted. Lovely staff, tasty breakfast, adorable rooms, cookies in the afternoon, nice complimentary wine in the evening and to meet other quest. Will stay here if ever in Denver again! Thank you! ”

”Nice place with a good location!”

”Amazing place. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the place is setup with spaces where you can chill quietly or there are plenty of spaces that create easy opportunities to socialise around the fire, jacuzzi or various lounges and outdoor areas. They provide excellent personal and posted recommendations on things to do. I fear I may have been spoiled having this as my guest Hostel experience as it is soo good. The bar has been set very high!!”

”Great place to stay”

”Stayed 4 nights for a work trip so I can’t comment on the amenities and really just slept there. Room was comfortable and I had no complaints. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful. ”Very nice, historic home with old world charm. You’re able to roam the property and see the ballroom. Breakfast is made to order. Host made an exception for me as I only wanted toast with jelly and black coffee. Walking around in the neighborhood was very nice with all the old houses.”

”Safe place a short ride from downtown.”

”No soap for your hands so bring your own. Besides that staff was helpful and sweet!”
