  • Experience a newly renovated suite with hardwood floors, a cozy deck, and all you need - 1 bed, 1 bath, living room with microwave, keurig coffee maker and fridge. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, yet 3 mins drive from the airport and a quick 10-min drive to downtown Burlington. Walk to eateries, shops, and Higher Ground. Sleeps 4 with ease. Entertainment galore: board games, books, smart TV, and WiFi. Your haven with a private entrance and parking for 2 cars awaits!
    The space:
    The house was built in the 1950s. Your apartment still has vintage/retro touches, original glass door knobs, a working doorbell (non electrical!) from 1952, and the gorgeous woodwork. We also modernized it and added Vermont touches to create a unique space that reflects Vermont and showcases the beauty of the state and the many places where Vladimir and I (your hosts) have traveled. The overall vibe is midcentury modern meets Vermont with a touch of international flair. We live next door and are available if you need. We value hospitality and strive to give you the best experience in a unique space and anticipate your needs as a guest. Thank you for viewing and booking Air Vermont!

The location is quiet with easy access from the freeway and the city. The apartment is generally comfortable for a short stay. Brighter lamps in the living room would be helpful as would more light in the bathroom. The twin beds are just okay, not especially comfortable but not problematic. The springs creak a bit. The wi-fi is fast enough.

Very quiet neighborhood and stay.Wonderful front porch for morning coffee or evening cocktails!Anita and Vladamir anticipated our needs and gave us bug spray and a drying rack for our soccer clothes. Spacious living room and the best rain shower I have ever had. The mini fridge was extremely spacious and held all our drinks and fresh food. The freezer refreezed our cold packs for our cooler each day.Air conditioning in each room worked perfectly and chilled the rooms quickly when we returned. If the Veterans Cup is here next year we will return for another 5 days!

Place felt like home, very clean and comfortable. Were only there for one night but could have stayed a few nights if needed

Clean, pleasant, and well located for UVM graduation weekend

Nice, simple, well maintained accommodation. It is important to note that this property does not have a kitchen and the bedroom has two single beds. As long as that situation works for you, this is a good place to stay when you are visiting Burlington.

Perfect for my early departure

Anita and Vladimir have made this space very comfortable. I had a 5:45am departure from BTV and it’s a 3 min drive to the airport. Surprisingly quiet, sweet neighborhood, and very comfortable. Bath products and plenty coffee pods, nice linens made my brief stay most pleasant

Great location near the airport

This property was located close to my daughter’s place and very convenient. The beds are comfortable although better quality pillows would be a plus. The bathroom is updated and nice! A ceiling fan in both rooms would help circulate the air especially at night. Overall a great place to stay in a nice neighborhood.

It was clean and set up as expected. The neighborhood was quiet. Unfortunately, our check-in did not go well. When we used the key code, we got a message that said the dead bolt was stuck. The phone number the host provided was incorrect so we couldn’t get a hold of them. VRBO helped us get in touch. This threw off our plans a bit. The host was available later to help us get the stuck sofa bed pulled out. I wish the sheets better fit the sofa bed and I wish they had some soft pillows. All of the bed pillows were super fat and solid. They did provide us with a 35 inconvenience fee.

I wished I had researched this property better. Lack of kitchen facilities which I missed. I do believe that the owners entered the unit the first day we were away without permission. I had left a 'tell' in the door frame that was dislodged. Otherwise, this was a decent place to stay.

Walking distance to the airport. Mini fridge and plenty of k cups.However, I felt watched. I was asked about temperature settings 5 times. I was asked about when I'd be coming and going 3 times. Shower water did not get hot first night. I stayed 3 nights.I mention because of the cleaning fees, but I had to place sheets on the beds and bathroom mats myself. The towels were not soft, I think dried on a clothing line?
