”Lack of privacy - the bedrooms have no doors - just curtains; the bedrooms and the bathroom share one open ceiling above them so everybody can hear and smell everything that goes on in the bathroom as well as the bedrooms.”

”We have rented quite a few cabins in this area of Maine. This one is by far the best! Easy check-in, the cabin itself was extremely clean, especially considering dogs are allowed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals and even the little things like dish soap, dish scrub and even baggies. We loved the outdoor space and location to the lake. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again!”

”Would have loved to have more time to stay at the property and enjoy the lake - it was beautiful! The house itself was fine - my friend described it as a giant shed. But there needs to be pillow protectors on the pillows - it sucks when you're a non-smoker, haven't brought your own pillows from home, put your head down late at night to finally go to sleep and get the stench of cigarette smoke. I don't believe anyone had been smoking inside but I do believe smokers had rented the property before...

”The place was spacious and plenty of room for our family to stay in. Pet friendly was very important to us. The beds were extremely comfortable!The coffee maker with the freshly gound beans every morning was a delight! The place is on a nice country road with beautiful views. Area restaurants and a bike/walking path only a couple miles away.”

”Great location and access to Sennebec Pond. Peaceful and quiet. We originally booked for two nights, but due to the mattress in the main bedroom we had to skip the second night.”

”This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!”
