”River crest is a lovely comfortable well equipped cottage with everything we needed for our weeks stay. It was clean and has a good shower. The bed was cosy and comfortable. The best thing is the view across looe and out to sea. Looe is a very nice place to stay with good shops and pubs. It is handy for a number of national trust properties. Lanhydrock and Antony are worth visiting. Polperro Fowey and Seaton are nearby and worth a visit. There are steps down to the cottage which need care but we...

”Louise and Matt made us very welcome and the cottage had everything we needed including all kitchen essentials.The garden is very relaxing and we were glad to be able to find lots of cool shady areas in the very hot weather that we had during our stay.Quite nicely situated for visiting the Lizard area and not too far to drive to get to the Penzance and Cape Cornwall areas. Recommended for garden lovers.”

”Great location and well set up with everything you would need. Lovely comfy bed and couldn’t be more convenient for getting into the town. Couldn’t help but notice a couple of things though. The microwave didn’t cook which was frustrating and we noticed the cleaner turned up with a new one as we left so it was clearly something the owner was aware of. ”We have stayed over long weekend in Mousehole Cottage and we loved it. Unlike many rental properties, this feels very homely. Cottage was easy to access, very clean and well equipped. It has nice space outside and lovely views. Location of the cottage is really good, 1 min walk to harbour or rock pools, shops, restaurants, galleries. Mousehole is a very charming little village. Would love to come back here for another holiday and would highly recommend booking Mousehole Cottage.”
