”It was a peaceful couple of nights.The views are worth paying for. There was a problem when we got there because we had chosen a room with a “Mountain View” and we were given a room that did not have a “Mountain View”. After ten minutes, the appropriate accommodations were made and we were given the room we had reserved online. Thank you to management for making things right. But overall it’s a great place to stay. ”

”We were placed in a room that is not fully ready to be occupied because of the property was being remodeled/construction. We were on the 3rd floor where construction was being performed. The tv had issues with streaming. Since we were unpacked, we decided to skip the Tv repair and not watch Tv. On the second night, the heating system failed and did not provide heat in the evening. The next morning I spoke with the Front office mgr. Ali about our negative experience and Ali agreed that the...

”We went to check in at 3 pm (their standard time) and they said our room wasn’t ready yet. We went to dinner. Came back at 5:20 pm and our room still wasn’t ready. We asked for the manager (Mikayla) and she said the cleaning team was slowly working and there was nothing that she could do. That is completely unacceptable and if they can’t manage simple tasks such as this they should probably close until they can.”

”This was a wonderful stay. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was very close to everything. The breakfast was good. Also they have a water station where you can fill up your water cup each day if needed. ”

”The Room was clean and stocked. The coffee maker in our room wasn’t working but the one in the connecting room with our teens was, so we used that. Breakfast was fresh and plenty, the breakfast area was nice and clean. The whole property is not the newest but definitely one of the cleanest I’ve come across, including the pool/hot tub area”
