”Great value for our family of four during spring break ski trip”

”Nice place once you find it. Dangerous access off a busy state highway without road signs. Dicey every time We turned in and pure danger as we searched for the road sign that did not exist. Can be a nice place but several minor things have to be done first to make it worthy of a revisit.”

”The home was well laid out and comfortable. Easy access to Wolf Creek! We were disappointed with the kitchen accessories (pots & pans had loose handles and were stained, plastic glasses, no garlic press), the handle on the stove is loose, refrigerator freezer door is duct taped, a kitchen light was not working and the dryer is noisy and doesn’t dry properly. ”This was our second week-long stay at the cabin and it was even better than our first stay which is saying a lot. The kitchen was sparkling clean and it is such a pretty setting right on the river. We slept with the windows open and listened to the river and heard owls and the geese. As the snow wasn’t great for skiing my husband only skied three days. ”We absolutely loved our stay at Cliffside Bear Cabin! It was beautiful clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of thought into every little detail. It felt cozy, welcoming, and made it easy to just unwind and enjoy our time together. We already can’t wait to come back!”

”We've been coming to Southfork for over 40 years now. This was an excellent cabin to stay in as far as location, cleanliness, order, and perfect for multiple families. Very Nice”

”Everything was great, however the trash bins were never emptied from a previous stay and the water never got very hot for the master bathtub. When I asked they told me to turn the faucet on. On fully hot, it was only lukewarm. The access/entry code given didn’t work either, had to call management for a new entry code. ”

”Two families were able to enjoy this house and each other for a week in this home. There were 10 adults and 2 teens and plenty of space for everyone.The view if the mountains and access to the Rio Grande made this the best place we’ve stayed while in South Fork. We especially enjoyed the large family and kitchen area for our group, and the kids took advantage of the game room and games. The kitchen was well equipped for our family needs.
