”Upon pulling into the parking lot, two police cars with officers outside diffusing argument between two parties. Property houses long term residents who are without stable housing. Property is not maintained well. Flower pots empty with cigarette butts. Grass not mowed. Shrubs overgrown. Some garbage strewn in overgrown areas. lots of smoking outside. Check in was quick, but be prepared for "add on utility fee". Lobby, eating area, and outside picnic area dated, not well maintained. ...

”It was a great stay!
Comfy spacious rooms.
Our AC broke during the night - which was rough - but the next day the staff dutifully gave us a different room. They were very helpful.
Breakfast is nice! It was chaotic on a day with 2 tourist buses staying in the hotel: there was no seating because it was so crowded and people were leaving their trash everywhere, the poor staff was clearing tables and replenishing food as fast as they could! They were working so hard.
Maybe staff can request...

”The pictures online are nothing like it is in person. This place is dirty, unkept, and unstaffed. They charged me an extra $10 a night to clean and $2 for showering upon arrival but never cleaned the place while we were there. The non smoking room we booked, freaked of smoke. I couldn’t even complain to staff as they had it gated up and locked with padlocks. I complained to our booking site and nothing was done. Do not recommend this place. I took pictures to prove the huge difference...
