”Nice hotel with great location and extremely nice staff. They get us early breakfast in the room and answer all the questions we have. Breakdast buffet was also great and lot of healthy options. Gym was maybe the best hotel gym i've ever visited. Spa was nice bonus and 20 meter long swimming pool was so cool because you can really do the swimming exercise there if you wanted to. ”

”Lovely stay overall. This hotel has alot of character and is set above Cardiff with lovely views down to the bay. Staff were friendly and helpful. And the hotel was clean. Breakfast was excellent. ”

”Maintenance tried to adjust the cooling in the air conditioning system but did not have sufficient cooling I had to put the system on 10 (C) with a high fan. This may have been a problem if the weather was hot. I believe we were in Room 1016 - deluxe bedroom ”

Aamiaisella erikoisruokavalioihin olisi voitu olla kiinnitetty hieman enemmän huomiota ja tuoreet kasvikset puuttuivat kokonaan. Hotelli sijaitsee vanhassa rakennuksessa, joten äänieristys oli hieman puutteellinen. Yläkerroksien lattiat narisivat osasta kohtaa ja äänet kantautuivat erityisen voimakkaina alapuolisiin huoneisiin. Jokainen tapaamani henkilökunnan jäsen oli...

”A beautiful hotel, but not run very well. The check-in time was later that was in our reservation and when we came back couple of hours later, the room was still not ready. The room was beautiful, but in need of better cleaning and some paint. The breakfast was very good and the staff polite. ”
