”The properties location to the beach is awesome, I walked every morning on the beach as the sun came up. The parking and location to your room is a definite plus, even though their is no elevator, I'm 75 and was in a second level unit & was just fine. Lucas did everything to accommodate my stay, plus was able to extend my stay upon my request. The only issue I had was the TV. but because I'm not very tech savvy, I look at that as being my ignorance. Overall, I was extremely lucky to locate this...

”Great location, clean but hardly any heat. Upon arrival, the space heater provided in one of the bedrooms showed the temperature at 52 degrees and it barely went over 60 degrees during our stay. We contacted the property manager who said it was out of thier control and the owner controlled it, as there was no thermostat in the unit. ”The rooms were spacious and comfortable, very clean, and the individualized touches were amazing. Everything fit the theme. The hosts have everything set up nicely and have things as a "just in case" you forgot something critical. They also thought ahead and have dark towels for those of us with dyed hair! The geese greeting us each morning were adorable All in all it was a great stay, the hosts were responsive, and it was a great place to stay for our Halloween trip to Salem.”

”Our stay over Halloween was nice and the location was convenient. This is an older apartment and although we had several issues they were quickly remedied making our stay comfortable. I personally feel it is more suitable for 4 people because the provided blowup bed takes up the entire living room. Couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and helpful host. Thank you for allowing us and our fur babies the use of your rental. ”
