”We loved the view of Lake Champlain and the quietness of the area. There was an event going on one night but they were gone by the time we returned around 7:30. Continental breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and roomy for two people. I would return!”
”We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was ok. Rooms were neat. Bathroom were clean. A/C worked fine. Location was excellent. Close to Burlington and have 3 restaurants within walking distance.
The staff were excellent, especially Heather, who helped us move to different room when there was a leak in the bathroom.
The only thing was some parts of the hallway in front of rooms with dogs, might smell like a wet dog smell. Some dog barking at nights but ok for the most part.

”Very Nice place. Very quiet . The National park of Point au Roche is just in front , in walking distance of walking and biking trails, and of the beach. ”
”Check in was easy and fast. Our first room was a non smoking room but smelled like Pot when we went in. I asked to be moved and we were right away. It’s a nice hotel however the carpets could be cleaned in the hallway. Plenty of room for us and the room had a microwave and refrigerator.”
”Nice 2010 built hotel. Car is obligatory as the hotel Unfortunately away from Burlington i.e. no local services withing walking distance (except a supermarket in less than 500m).”
”I usually stay at the Fairfield Inn, however they jacket up the price, so I was will to try La Quinta. 1/2 the price for basically same room, and a better breakfast offer. I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I plan on being back. ”
