”Not helpful with rescheduling a reservation ”

”We were traveling to Indy for a family event. My husband is in the military, and our regular place to stay was booked (my in-law's home,) so we booked this hotel. It was my husband, myself, and three children ages 16, 13, and 11. The original room we were given was room 222. It was gross, the carpet was stained, all the furniture was stained, the pull out couch and mattress were unacceptably disgusting. The room was all over just a no. So I went to the receptionist and let her know how gross it...

”I was booked for a bed and a pullout, but was put in a room that had just a Queen. I was told the room was all they had and I had paid for it prior to arrival. Because of the time there was no recourse nor any renumeration”

”The actual room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The location is easily accessed from the highway and in a good area with restaurants and stores. There seemed to always be an odd smell in the lobby and hallways. Lots of people were staying there for an extended period of time, almost like an apartment building. For the price I would stay there again, but would probably not bring my young children. ”
