New England Beach House - 10 min walk from the beach!

We are renting our beach house in Matunuck, Rhode Island – a quiet, family-oriented beach community with the ultimate “beach vibes” that is less than 10 mins walking from beach!

The house is a spacious and bright 4 BR, 2.5 Bath house plus outdoor shower (sleeps 9), is great for 1 or 2 families. It has a living room, dining room, family room, and finished basement. The amenities include: A/C, Wi-Fi, 3 smart TVs, very large washer & dryer, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, huge backyard perfect for kids and lawn games, large outdoor patio for dining, or enjoying that morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The house is less than a 10-minute walk from South Kingstown beach (.5 miles), which has a children’s playground, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. Also within walking distance are Seaview Market and Carpenter’s Farm Stand which should provide you with ample groceries without having to venture into nearby Wakefield. Less than a 15-minute walk gets you to the Ocean Mist Beach Bar, a surf bar that’s literally in the water, with great food and live music. Next door is another more low-key bar/restaurant “The Pub”, and Matunuck Pizza Pie Co across the street, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Shop is also nearby. Lastly, nearby you’ll find Theatre by the Sea, a beach barn with off-Broadway shows playing throughout the summer. Matunuck is a place where you can arrive and not touch your car keys until you leave, and the beach and all the things you need are just a stones throw away. If you do want to venture out, Newport is just a quick 30-minute drive.

Rental includes 2 car beach passes at South Kingstown Town Beach.
