”My mother & I stayed here for 1 night out of our 3 night stay. The motel was dingey and not clean at all. We checked in at 11pm after a long drive from Nova Scotia to a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was hair in the corners of the file on the floor, black mold on the ceilings and the shower curtain had pink mold along the lining. I intended to take pictures, but when we left for the day the next morning, someone did come in and clean, and must've FINALLY...

”It was fine for the price, the bathroom smelled of urine though and although the room looked ok, the refrigerator was not clean on the inside and the bathroom needed some work beyond the smell. The cooling unit was old as well. The grounds are well kept and they seem to have Solar energy which was cool. Would I stay again, probably not, but it absolutely did the job for the price”

”Booking through Expedia did not offer the same customer service friendly staff as you would booking directly with the hotel. Once the check in issue was resolved, my stay was good. Breakfast buffet was a highlight for our family needs. Would recommend!”

”Overall nice and cozy place. Very good beds and I loved they had real duvet covers. Also I appreciated the water fountain. I think that paper plates and plastic utensils were out of place. Anyhow the breakfast quality was good. The staff was ok, but definitely not friendly. Never said good morning etc. So I didn’t feel welcomed to this hotel. (We spent 3 nights.) Backyard view to the hill was stunning! ”

”Everything about my stay was fabulous, I really love the idea of having a full kitchen, except there was no can opener in the kitchen, but compared to other places that I have stayed in, no where compares to this hotel. I needed an early check in and was able to do so with no problem at all. I would recommend the Resident Inn to anyone who is traveling and wants a top notch place to stay. All I can say is, comfortable, clean, quiet, very good breakfast, staff members are very helpful and...

”The place is good for 1 night no more then that is really small and the mattress are so hard i had back pain por 3 days after sleep there. About cleaning was ok.”

”First room assigned to me wreaked of cigarettes smoke. When I told the front desk, they moved me to a new room immediately. This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel. Good bedding and AC and I slept great there for 4 nights, a long weekend. The breakfast was great, hot and varied every day. There was plenty of parking close to the front lobby. My only complaint was that the coffee was terrible. But no problem because there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door. 😁”

”The room wasn’t clean at all. The sheets on the bed were all torn up to shreds. I checked the mattress and saw what looked to be a dead bug in the mattress protector. I didn’t have a choice on time to find another hotel, so I stayed. It just wasn’t clean at all the table tops were dirty and the floor and walls were stained with stuff. I wouldn’t recommend at all.”
