”Very close to the strip and a little over a mile from Allegiant Stadium. The house is cozy, has towels, and Mike was very responsive for my needs. The pool and lazy river is very nice as well. ”

”Decent location (easy uber ride to strip). Walking distance to Walgreens, Dennys and a few other fast food places. Clean and guard gate so safe. Nice pools and hot tub. Condo was clean and modern. Would stay there again . Good value. ”

”I stayed here for the weekend of Beyoncé’s concert. Nice location, down the street from The Sphere, a few minutes drive from Allegiant Stadium, & close to many popular attractions. The place itself is perfect for solo travelers & it’s quiet, neat & equipped with your basic necessities. Check in & check out is easy. Sal is an excellent host, very nice & makes sure you’re good to go. Definitely staying here again on my next Vegas trip.”

The Signature in general is an excellent spot if you don't mind a short walk to the casino due to its location on the strip and the access you get to both the Signature private pool and the big MGM pool complex. The studio had everything we needed for two guests - a King bed and a pull out couch with a quarter wall partition. Linens were provided and clean, along with soaps and shampoo/conditioner. ”Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, as always. We've been coming here for about six years and don't plan on changing anything. This host is incredibly responsive and friendly, making communication a breeze. The room was clean and spacious, and we especially loved having a full kitchen with a full-size fridge, it makes a huge difference. Check-in and checkout were both fast and easy; you can just click "checkout" on the TV. One minor snag was getting a luggage cart during a busy Monday morning...
