”Tom was a great host. Easy to communicate and just a nice guy. The property was in a great location close to all the places we went to-Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum, Botanical Gardens, Lenox, Stockbridge and more. Home was very spacious with a great outdoor deck. Nice grill that we used several times. Would definitely stay there again.”

”We stayed in an adjacent house owned by the hotel. When we booked we assumed we’d be in the main hotel. The “out” building was unmarked and hard to find. It was dark when we arrived and there were no porch lights.
We thought the overall experience was good. Quaint but this building could benefit from some upgrades.”

”We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. I just looked for an inexpensive overnight to just sleep before heading back home the following morning. I wasn't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Our little room was clean and felt safe. We could open the windows! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great. The location was...

”Arrived at property around 9:00 PM,
office door open, no one at front desk.
Numerous attempts to contact front desk by calling, received crazy recording that said "unable to make outgoing calls" what does that mean???? Numerous attempts to contact property, same results. Attempting to get (2) night prepayment back. Awaiting response/determination. Had to book other accommodations. Terrible experience.”
