”It was very clean and had a great HD television. There was also a mini fridge and the staff was helpful and patient. The water did take a while to get hot,and I noticed some stains on the floor and behind the front door, nothing too serious. Also I think the building is in need of a repipe because the water was a tad stained, when it first flowed out of the bathtub, but that is very common with older building in Los Angeles because a lot of them used cast iron piping. The water was crystal clean...

”Nice property, clean, great location, easy free parking. Only issue, the shower is poorly desingned. Shower has one fixed door and one sliding door. But the shower head is located on the far side of the shower with the fixed door and there is no diverter, so you are forced to enter the shower to turn on the water. And because it takes time for the water to warm up, you get a blast of cold water. If you are taller and have long arms you can reach in and turn on the water and only expose your arm...
