”The FAT girl who’s there during the afternoon shift is horrible. She lied about the maintenance fixing my heat & told me to check it after he did. He wasn’t fixed something I already knew so she switched my room !! The day I checked out some guy was being assorted out & arrested by the warrant squad for prostitution, some girl was standing by the elevator in lingerie smh ”

”This is one of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot in NYC by both JFK and LGA. There’s 24-hour shuttle that runs every 30 min to and from JFK. Give yourself time because you need to get on the shuttle, and the shuttle takes 10-20 min to drive to the airport, and once at airport, walk to the Airtrain and ride it back into the airport which takes like 45-50 min. ”Yes the room spotless, shèets were clean and towels are clean and ever 2 days. The evening checked December 12th in she was in point. She was professional, courteous and she made me comfortable. I was going to 7seven, later, a gentleman (he was not working but I assumed he was a crew) he helped instructions to store .(he gave me couple ketchups 2 condiments packages). ”Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and attentive. Check in was very easy. The room was decorated beautifully. We had a breath taking view of the ocean from the balcony. We recommend this hotel to family and friends . ”

”I booked a hotel room that includes breakfast. The Hotels.com confirmation clearly states that breakfast is included in the reservation. However, the hotel staff told us that breakfast is not included in the room rate. This should be clarified between the hotel and Hotels.com. As a result, my family and I had to pay for breakfast even though the reservation promised otherwise.”
