This stay was frustrating and poorly managed.
We had to change three rooms:
• the first room had a non-working air conditioner;
• the second room had a broken shower;
• the third room had a very weak shower, and the room faced ruins, which is not acceptable for a hotel stay.
On top of that, construction work started at 7:00 AM right outside the window, with no warning. Sleeping was impossible.
The staff were fine and did what they could, and the breakfast was good. However, this does not compensate for the overall condition of the hotel.
The real issue is management/ownership. Basic things like air conditioning, showers, and sound comfort are clearly not maintained. Guests should not have to move rooms multiple times or wake up to construction noise.
Until the owner invests in basic repairs and proper maintenance, this hotel cannot be recommended.
