Beachfront 2 BR / 2 BA nukkuu 4-6, ranta-allas, ilmainen Wi-Fi Omistaja Special

Hiljattain uusittu Lomakoti sijaitsee aivan South Padren saaren rannalla. Voit rentoutua ja panoraamanäkymät merelle keittiöstä, ruokasalista, olohuoneesta ja parvekkeesta. Condo on uima-allas aivan rannalla. Runsaasti tuoleja makaa auringossa. Rakennuksessa on vain 14 yksikköä, joten jakaa tämä alue vain muutama.

Olohuone on tilava ja erittäin mukava. Aivan oikein lukemiseen, rentoutumiseen, televisioon tai katselemaan merta.

Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikki tarpeet. Plus meillä on myös toimitettu George Foreman grilli grillin iloksi. Keittiö on avoin konsepti ja avautuu ruokailuhuoneeseen ja olohuoneeseen. Keittiössä on Culliganin veden suodatusjärjestelmä.

Makuuhuone on queen-size-vuode, televisio, iso vaatekaappi ja lipasto. Makuuhuoneessa on suuri parveke, joka yli näyttää rannalta, sopii erinomaisesti varhain aamukahvia tai katsella auringonnousua.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, iso vaatekaappi ja lipasto. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone.

Lisämukavuutta tarjotaan olohuoneessa. Meillä on ilmapatja.

Condoissa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu kätevästi.

We checked in on 12/4. The location is good, great access to the beach. Unfortunately, the condo is filthy. The hallway walls are dirty, the vents are full of dust, hair all over the bathroom and kitchen floors. It needs a deep thorough cleaning. The WiFi that was given didn’t work. On day 3 of our stay we noticed a very strong sewer gas smell was coming from the hallway bathroom. I reached out to Criss but never heard back from her. We actually checked out a day early because we were extremely nervous about the nauseating gas smell. Very disappointed with these accommodations. Definitely will not be coming back.

Dear Readers, I waited over 5yrs to have stayed in this condo, not what I ever imagined. When My Husband & I started to video tape our grand entrance we were stunned by the ocean view but shocked by the mess! I spent the first 3 hours of my vacation cleaning and scrubbing before I could ever allow my family to situate themselves. We stayed 9 days 8 nights and never received WiFi connection. A simple but very important service. I messaged Mrs. Criss for some assistance. On day 1 and not a single reply. Not exactly the customer service I expected from what I expected to be one of my dream vacations. I sent her pictures of the mess in the condo, not a single worry on her end. When I got to the bed in the guest bedroom. We couldn’t believe our eyes to find the bed infested with bugs. Now another chore on day 1… I immediately let her know about the bed bugs she sent a pest control company on our 7th day! Wow, Now we had strangers pest controlling once again during our stay, not to mention while we were not there to arrive to a note saying we treated your condo while you were gone… Thanks for NO Heads up… When we thought our privacy was safe and secure while we were out… I finally let her know if she needed any help managing this Condo, I could definitely help! I feel so sorry for the owners she is “Managing this condo for”, and sad to say any upcoming renters, because she is doing such a lousy job! #dirty,#buginfested#no service….
This is what the Master looked like when I came in. I thought I was getting punked! No bedsheets, I had to go purchase on top of cleaning supplies! I immediately messaged Mrs. Chriss, because she never picked up her phone!
Guest bedroom missing pillows but had plenty of bed bugs.
Curtains were so torn up I definitely took pictures so we wouldn’t get blamed.
Shutters were broken, such a shame.

Great beach view with very close proximity to the beach. Foot/sand cleaning station was helpful. We had a very loud music problem but the management company took care of it. We will come back.

Perfect for a beach vacation

Easy to access. Condo has everything you need for the beach. So nice to not have to bring all the things. Wagon, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards etc all provided.

Everything you need and more!

My children and I came to stay for my birthday weekend. We arrived to a clean and cool place. The beds and pillows are so comfortable it made it hard to even want to get up in the morning! We were so happily surprised that the host provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach! All the appliances work wonderfully and the view is just the best! Will definitely plan another stay soon!

Criss the property manager was AMAZING! She made sure everything went well and was available at anytime! This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here, and it’s always a great and relaxing time. Looking forward to staying again!

Ok…..but

Property is setup good for 2 couples and the location on the beachfront is great. Unfortunately, it was not very clean and the supplies provided were sparse. Toilet paper, laundry detergent, considering they asked us to clean towels before we left. Dryer did not work.

Great View

Had to wait 1.5 hours after check in to get into the condo. Heard from the manager to say since there were back to back rental the clean up was ready. Never got the apartment info, room number or door code. Contacted VRBO for help and they assisted us. Glad the cleaning lady was still there so I was able to get the door code. The place was great, clean and the location and view were outstanding. Management needs to post information like what the back gate code to the beach is, what they want you to do on check out.

Great condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo over Veteran’s Day weekend! We come to the island at least once a year, and really enjoy the relaxed vibe of the off season. This condo is definitely older, but with recent renovations that make it comfortable and cute. The location is great and the views are top notch. Our 13 year old daughter and her friend spent a lot of time in the heated pool and hot tub during our stay. Our only complaint would be parking. My husband’s F150 was very difficult to maneuver in the tiny garage space. We would never be able to park here in the summer when it’s busy and the other spots are full. Overall great and would definitely return to this unit!

The stay was great. The only complaint I had is the electricity went out for 10 hours, and when it came back on the refrigerator didn’t restart on its own you had to push another power button so most of our food went bad.

Location and property were wonderful. Very happy with everything in the condo. Had a little trouble with a bathroom sliding door and it was hard to get management or owner to respond. It was all fine and got it worked out other than that. Wonderful beautiful spot. Very nice condo!

Overpriced and under delivered

The location was good as far as it was on the beach, however I have stayed in way nicer on SPI for less. The "huge" balcony as mentioned in the description was very far from the truth. This condo is not "newly renovated" the bathmats in the master are in desperate need of replacement. The rug in the livingroom is atrocious, the master bed frame and headboard is flaking off and is in need of replacement. As far as dishes go, they do have a good amount of plates and cups. The pans however are cheap scratched up dollar store brand. All of the remotes are taped up and one with a bandaid. We stayed for 4 nights and were provided 4 towels for a family of 4. The showers were gross, im not sure if they arent cleaned properly or if they are just in desperate need of being redone. Im not one to leave a poor review as I have never had an issue with any of the prior condos I have booked in SPI but for the price we payed for this one I definitely expected better.

Disappointed

The location was great and proximity to the beach is exactly what we wanted! However, upon arrival, the condo was not very clean. There was hair all over the floor throughout the place. In one bathroom there was, what looked like, dried blood on one of the walls. The vents, fans, and light fixtures looked as if they have never been dusted. Two tv remotes in weren’t working properly and one of them we couldn’t figure out how to use at all. Additionally, two remotes had velcro and tape holding the batteries in place. A screw to the balcony fell out as we were watching the fireworks. The ‘leather’ on the headboards was flaking onto the floor and bed/mattress we slept on. In the front bedroom, there was a missing lightbulb on the ceiling fan, making it very dim and difficult to find things without a flashlight. There was plenty of cooking supplies and tableware.

It was amazing, the pool and hot tub was clean. All the area and room were clean and as per shown on the website. I will stay there again in the future. There is a market close by and the area is quiet and friendly.

Location to everything was excellent. The elevator stopped working the night before we were to leave. They had it up & running by the next morning & that was on a Saturday night. Excellent Service!! We would definitely stay with them again.

Misrepresented Disapointment

Don't be fooled by the cool-looking couch and cute bed throw pillows! Dated and shabby, including and overall musty smell, grungy master bath, gross bath mats, thin cheap pillows. Balconies are quite small and the kitchen is not "fully equipped" by any stretch: cookware was sparse and old, nasty small cutting board, no wine glasses, used dish sponge, no cleaning products, etc. No lock on balcony slider door. Wifi never worked. The condo is spacious and perfectly situated on beach, but guests' comfort is overlooked/ignored for the price point.

Perfect beach getaway

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. Clean and convenient, my entire family loves the space and the view! We love watching the sunrise and the perfect location such a short walk to the beach. A short drive to all the good restaurants, and enjoyed a few sunsets on the bayside.
