”The condo was ok and nice. But the outside amenities I had bug issues. Roaches… one jumped on my wife and ruined the evening and needless to say I was unable to soak in the hot tub. Property owner was dismissive of the issue just said they would tell the people in charge of the area. Besides that the parking was bad… overall nice place the condo itself.”

”Stayed for a week in November. Things were mostly quiet. As everyone else mentions, the check-in process requires a couple different stops around the city and is only a little inconvenient. The property is just steps away from the beach and is really close to some of the popular gathering spots on the island. Would stay here again.”

”Nice location, we've stayed at the Aquarius several times but this condo was dirty. What was left of the countertops because of the extra microwave (old was out of order) had sand on them. We had to clean those and the glass dining room table. There was hair in the shower and we hadn't even unpacked yet. Floors were sandy as well. No extra bedding for the couch or extra blankets. Glad we wash everything before use, some of the plates still had food stuck on them.”
