Best Relaxing Ambiance

It was very clean and had everything we needed for a totally private and relaxing experience. We have stayed there twice and will be returning.

Great stay

Our stay at the property was great. Nice quiet area. However, had some minor issues accessing the property upon arrival. The check-in info on the VRBO page was outdated. Owner sent updated info at 10:30 a.m. the day of arrival via email. We were on the road at 8:00 a.m. Could have been more timely.

Great!!

We had a wonderful experience. Very nicely kept and up to date place with comfortable bed. Could use new pillows. Nice pool and easy access to boat dock. Overall great.

Great getaway

We loved our stay here! Beach was close, few minutes walk and the pool was relaxing and enjoyable! Had some issues with the code to get in, but owner took care of it promptly. Guest bedroom showed 2 beds, but there was only one. Other than that it was great! Awesome kitchen and loved having coffee on the balcony. Highly recommend. Plus we met a cool family from Georgia and Arlington. Great place and company.

Great summer getaway

My daughter and I needed a nice place for a summer vacation. We found it here! Booking was easy, the owner responded quickly anytime we needed questions answered. The property was Very nice, clean, cool and well laid out with everything we needed. Check in was easy using codes so no contact was needed. Thanks for a nice vacation

Upscale by the Bay

This condo is so big and absolutely beautiful with high end furniture and very modern decor! The entire condo has everything you need, except for your clothes and food! Owner was quick to respond with my question! We will definitely return!

This property definitely exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped with all the essential necessities. We have found our home away from home when we come to South Padre Island.

I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful condo in a lovely neighborhood. Nice furnishings and great amenities. The check-in process was a little difficult (wrong access code), but was corrected actually before our check in time. It would have been nice to have toilet paper furnished.

Had a very bumpy start.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo is beautiful a very nice location. There was some difficulty getting into the property, through our own actions we arrived very late at 3:30 in the morning. After a long night of getting there, the door code that we were provided did not work. The property manager did not respond to our requests for help until 10:00 AM. That part was very frustrating. Other than that we had a great time.

Specious, Luxury, Beautiful Condo SPI 2019

Everything spotless and very well equipped Absolutely Recommend it!! As described, it’s on 2nd. Floor. 2 blocks away to the beach.. The pool it’s a nice. The Hot Tub awesome to get relax. Would booked again.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I arrived like 2 hours early to SPI and I requested if it was possible I could go and leave my things or to check/in and Owner allowed us to checked in earlier.. with no extra Fees.. nice of them✔️✔️✔️

Las Marinas is a beautiful property!

This condo is our new go to because it is beautiful, and a little past the busy part of South Padre and the grounds keeper at the condos is super friendly and very helpful! The condo itself is beautiful, the furniture comfy! Love it and will keep coming back!

The condo is so beautiful and quiet. We didn't hear the people at the pool or doors closing. It was so relaxing. Couch was so comfy and beds. We loved the location and the heated pool.

Worth every penny!

Yvonne was quick to communicate with every request. Property is perfect for a family with a clean space and plenty of room. Docked our boat, played in the pool, felt very safe with overnight security guards. Thanks for everything!

My 40th Bday getaway

Loved staying here!! It's near Sea Turtle Inc which was a big priority for me and it was a well maintained property. Really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and taking a dip in the pool. Wasn't a "partying" kinda trip so was happy that it was more northern and on the Laguna side... seemed a bit quieter than staying on the gulf side with all the beach goers and golf carts driving around. Short walk to the beach, hope to stay here again in the future. There was a delay in communication for the pool code which is why I only gave 4 stars. Highly recommend this property!
