The Space:
Thank you so much for considering my second home at Saida Towers in tower 4 on the 3rd floor! Please message me with any questions prior to booking or after I am here to help you enjoy our place
Saida is the largest condo complex on the island, consisting of 5 towers beachfront, with 3 pools one of which is heated seasonally - plus 3 hot tubs heated, pickleball/tennis courts (private to this complex guests) and a sometimes open on weekends bar & grill. There is no other condo complex this resort like on South Padre Island.

One thing that sets this direct beachview condo apart is the size - it is the largest 2 bedroom floor plan with 1379 square feet of living space, and more than ample bedding for families to enjoy or share up to 8 people allowed and it actually fits 8 too.

Each bedroom has a flat screen, plus the living room has a brand new 65 inch HD smart TV wall mounted. The open concept kitchen flows right to the dining and living area for hanging out. Right out the patio door is a nice sized balcony with a rare gas grill. (note we don't provide gas bring a LP tank)
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
I do have a dedicated desk in the living room if you don't want to work at a counter that I have found very useful for getting some stuff done while still interacting with my kiddos when we stay here.
Bedding is as follows:
King in Master
Second bedroom has adult sized bunk beds that feature full sized brand new mattresses. There is also a "side" queen bed and large closet. The full bath off the kitchen services this bedroom.
In the living room, there is a custom cabinet that has a single size pull out. I do not consider this really suitable for an adult but for a child up to early teens totally fine The large section couch as well as the provided queen sized airbed and pump in the bedroom closet (bring extra bedding if you plan on using) is also there just in case.
The kitchen is fully equipped ready to go. I have a blender, all utensils, etc and the fridge is brand new LG stainless. The range is electric burner cooktop with an oven under. I recently did new backsplash, and replaced the handing old skool ceiling lights with recessed and tiled it to match nicely. 4 bar stools are also brand new.
We do provide coffee, creamer, and sweetener as well as a starter pack of hand soaps, dish soap, dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towels new and starters of toilet paper. All towels and linens are also provided - crisp white.
The washer and dryer is great to do some quick laundry or dry wet swimsuits as well and hard to find at most condos on airbnb.
One shower is walk in in master, while the 2nd full bath is a tub/shower combo if you have kids to bathe. I do own South Padre Trips the best property management company on the Island, and this is one of my personal units and I tried to install every possible thing a family could want to the best of my ability to make this a great place to enjoy the beach.
Two final thoughts:
1.) Saida is so great as you can walk to dozens of bars and restaurants
2.) Saida is fantastic as for kiddos - it has a "semi closed" eco system. IE you cannot access this property is you are not staying here - security is super tight so your family will feel very safe. There are so many kids and families here for your kids to meet and play with too
Don't forget - beach gear (I don't provide as so messy)
Or rent 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach for $45 cash per day - bring cash and no need to reserve in advance the vendor is right in front of saida on teh beach.
The snack bar/grill/ bar is not open common hours it is real hit or miss. It is an outside vendor so please be aware of this. The 2 beachfront pools you can BYBO anyway just no glass is allowed poolside nor on the beach ($750 ticket on the beach).
While we do have a gas grill, we do not provide LP Gas - bring a tank if you want to use please
I do allow up to 2 pets but please revert to reading the house rules if you plan on bringing :) Be kind. We do count infants as guests, be mindful we allow a maximum of 8 beating hearts as we consider infants people FYI. You may not have more than 8 here.

We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
City of South Padre Short Term Rental License available upon request. IMPORTANT - read all house rules prior to booking as there are a few things we have to take care of prior to check in.

Saida Towers is located at 406 Padre Blvd, on the south end of the Island. Walk to dozens of bars and restaurants. Has the best security on the Island, and you get parking permits for two cars. off the street behind the gates. This property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 2600 padre blvd, and I personally own that company and this condo which I purchased for my two little boys when they come down from Austin. There is a digital lock on the door for guest security and safety.
Please note:
*After you book, you will be offered two choices to assure against damages - either you pay a one time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee OR you pay a $500 refundable damage deposit. We do auto bill via the airbnb resolution center for the $59 fee prior to your arrival - though you have to manually go there to approve it. If you want to do the refundable, just message us :)
*You must complete an e signature rental agreement which lists all the house rules and such. You must attach a picture of your photo ID to age verify as 25 years of age or older. I DO ALLOW those under 25 to rent, though an additional damage deposit is required. We will not issue a door code without this rental agreement to maintain our Short Term Rental License on file with the City of South Padre and available upon request.

Island Transit is the local tourist bus that picks up during day right down the street in front of tropical smoothie cafe at 410 padre blvd strip mall. At night us City Taxi or BBs taxi ubers hard to find at best
