Newly renovated, #2303 is a corner unit, allowing for the most expansive views - as compared to non-corner units. In addition, it has direct access to both views/balconies within the condo itself, (no need to exit your condo and walk across the common area hallway).

Deluxe Condo rental with magnificent views of the Gulf and the Bay, which includes Sunrises, Moonrises, Sunsets, Moonsets, and SpaceX . High enough to avoid noise from the neighboring property - pools, music, and crowds, yet not so high that you can still hear the ocean waves and sea gulls.

This splendid 1738 sq. ft. condo has an open living area with wide floor to ceiling windows and a variety of seating. An added feature is an electric fireplace - for a romantic ambience. High style accent rugs, custom drapes, automated shades, and original art make for a truly opulent experience.

The kitchen seats 8 - 4 at the large granite island, and 4 at the modern stainless steel table, which can also be used as a buffet table. This table can be moved to the end of the island so that everyone can sit together. The kitchen is fully equipped with non-stick Calphalon brand pots and pans, utensils, and glasses for every type of beverage. We also provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies, paper goods such as napkins and paper towels, as well as basic spices.

Elegantly and comfortably furnished, each bedroom and the living room have their own smart-TV's or TV with Roku and YouTubeTV, (cable alternative).

The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King size jumbo mattress with a memory foam topper, and a large window with a beautiful view of the beach. Automated shades, as well as blackout curtains for a perfect night's sleep. It also includes a wall mounted 75" TV. The en-suite master bath includes a large walk-in closet equipped with an iron and ironing board, double sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. All designed with marble floors and counters.

The Master Guest Suite, (at the opposite end of the condo, for privacy), has a King bed, a sofa, a closet, a TV, and automated shades and black-out curtains. It has a large window facing the bay, with easy access to the bay balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and tub combination, marble floor and vanity, with drawers, cabinets, and a linen closet.

The Guest Bedroom includes a Queen bed, two nightstands, an accent chair, a closet, and a wall mounted TV. The guest bathroom has a large marble shower, and a vanity with ample drawers and cabinets.

The Gulf and Bay balconies are each equipped with barstools and a bar table. The bay view balcony also includes an electric BBQ grill, to enjoy grilling and dining while watching the sunset.

The utility closet includes a full size washer and dryer, (the mini fridge is for owners use only).

The Sapphire property includes a large Whirlpool/Jacuzzi that faces the two palatial swimming pools, that together are 300 feet long, and are flanked by palm trees. Cabanas and beach umbrellas/chairs are available for rent at the front desk.

Don't forget the full service Spa on the first floor that the Sapphire is renowned for! Massages, manicures, pedicures, hair salon, you name it!

The Sapphire Luxury Condominiums are convenient to many fantastic restaurants, bars, and lounges. The 'Entertainment District' on the Bay side is famous for their live music and dancing year 'round, as well as their seasonal firework displays.
