Christmas vacation

Our family had a great time. The house was clean nice and spacious and just a short walk to the beach. The only thing I was disappointed with is that the pool was not heated but we still had a great time. We will be back.

Short walk to the beach

This condo was very nice place to stay. It was described accurately and we loved that it was a short walk to the beach. It comfortably accommodated 2 families totaling 8 guests. The pool was a great amenity that we utilized during the evenings. We would definitely stay again in the future.

I Love the place, The owner was very Professional, only down fault I had was not enough Towels for 8 ppl bath towels and not enough Trash bags for the kitchen I had to go buy some, I Loved the place was disappointed on the water fall not working in front of the building but that was not an issue at all, seems they are remodeling some condo’s seen inside of another guest Rental and was upset theirs was beautiful inside, then ours But definitely would Recommend this place 1000 times to people Could have softer beds like the guest bed was though, overall It could’ve been better but was worth it since it was my Birthday and my Granddaughter birthday, rating 85 due to what I paid😊👌

Best Get Away Ever, with all the comforts of home.

WOW!!! This rental was more than worth it. The pictures do not do it justice. We had an amazing four day get away with two other couples. We had more than enough room. The beds were amazing, got some of the best sleep ever, even though there is so much to do on SPI and the surrounding areas, you want to be awake the whole time. Living and dining area were very spacious, but still had a warm family feeling. Swimming pool was warm. Clean and relaxing. Short walk to the Beach and restaurants. Only time we had to drive was to go to the public access beach and the short drive to Mexico, where we did more shopping and eating. Everything is so close, shopping, grocery store, restaurants and night clubs. Roberto Comisarenco, the owner, was in contact with us throughout the whole process. No second guessing what was next on our vacation. Sent us his cell phone number just in case we had any questions or concerns. Quickest security deposit refund since we have been using VRBO. We will rent this property again. AWESOME, AMAZING and FUN!!!!!!

Amazing house !!!! Amazing owner !!!!!

We came down here for my wedding and it was perfect !!! The house was clean. It had everything we needed . The owner (Roberto) was so amazing. I will always deal with him before anyone else. Me and my family already have tickets for this summer and I will be calling him first thing when I get home. Words really can't explain how amazing the house and Roberto really was. Wonderful home close to the beach and many other recreational places

My wife and I and our 4 boys stayed in this home for 3 nights. The house looked better than what yiu see on the pictures. The house is close to the beach and many more fun places. The master bedroom is spacious and well decorated and the other two rooms looked beautiful too. We really enjoyed our time there. We never had to call the owner because there was nothing wrong. The only thing the owner might need to consider is changing the master bedroom bed and mattress. I am not saying that they are bad, but for a vacation a very comfortable bed and matress makes a big difference. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. It was so peaceful too, which meant a lot to us. I would book it again If I come back to SPI.

Very nice.

This was a very comfortable condo for six people. The bedrooms are all comfortable and spacious. The living space is well appointed and decorated nicely. The host is accessible and responsive. The beach is an easy walk away. All in all, a great rental for 6-8 people.

Clean, roomy and comfortable

We were a party of 8 adults! We loved the condo. It was roomy, we were able to spread out without feeling as if we were on top of each other. We cooked one meal each day, the only request I would have for a return visit was to invest in better pans. Otherwise the condo was perfect. We were within walking distance from the beach and restaurants. We're looking forward to our next trip here.

wonderful place

This was a great place for me and my family. It was a decent size with enough room for all of us to spread out. We had a few small issues but Roberto was a call away and took care of it quickly. Each bedroom had its own TV and all rooms had ceiling fans. Washer and dryer was a great addition and very helpful. It was nicely decorated with a beach theme. The location is a short walk to the beach and right around the corner from the main street. You can walk to restaurants and shopping no problem.
