Being available online has become as important as being available in person used to be - maybe even more so! So if you telecommute, work from home, run a blog, live stream, homeschool, Zoom, or Facetime, we have the vacation home for you! The internet at our subtropical condo has just been upgraded to top-of-the-line speed: 400 Mbps! Our home suits up to 10 people. Two rooms are furnished with king beds, and the smallest room has full-size bunk beds. Our living area also has a sofa bed! We've decorated the kitchen with tasteful, cabana-inspired furnishings and full-size appliances. We hope you and your whole group will be comfortable in our home while you enjoy South Padre Island - the Best Beach in Texas!

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
- We strictly enforce guest capacity.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
