We stayed two weeks at the property with other family joining the second week. Excellent communication before and after booking as well during our stay. Easy check in. Great reserved parking right outside the door for two cars. Multiple beach access within less than a block, one right across the street. Plenty of room in the condo with four adults and two dogs. Convenient right outside for dogs to do their business. Pool and hot tub were great! Pool was heated perfectly. Nice quiet complex. We only ever saw two to four others at the pool. We used the pool table often. We sat on our patio very often and played cards sitting out. The recliner pull was broken, Paul responded quickly and was out the next day to repair. We mentioned that the gas grill wasn’t working great to get really hot. Paul had a new grill the next day. Wifi worked good, I worked a few days. TV cable good and smart tv/roku for your streaming. Walking distance to dollar general and some restaurants and shopping. By car grocery store is 5 mins away and Walmart in Port Isabelle. All easy to get to because we were there right before Spring Breakers. Feb 20th-Mar 6th. Weather was great!! Next time we go to SPI we would stay again!! Dogs loved the beach!!!
