When we arrived to Sunchase IV the staff was very welcoming and informative. Any time I called the front desk they were very helpful and cheerful. The condo was clean. We were looking for a place to stay that had a full kitchen condo. That is why we chose this place. The picture for the condo was not the place we stayed at that was very deceiving when we checked out our place. There was no beach view. Our condo looked into the parking lot. We could see the water on the other side of the island but that does not count. The living room and kitchen were very modern and beautiful. There was plenty of drawer space and bathroom cabinets had room to put our things. Shower was fine but the hanging metal shower organizer was rusty. There was a big black spot in the carpet in the loft. We enjoyed both pools! The pool towels were not satisfactory since they were too short and were old and shredded on the ends. The condo carpeting was dated and worn. The closet was stuffed with so many items we could not hang our clothes. It is really meant for 2 people than 4. There is a single chair and sofa in the living room. It would have been nice to have a love seat instead of the weird looking chair. From the outside you could see the railings had not been kept up since they were rusty looking.
