I spent literally months searching for the “perfect” condo on SPI for our first ever visit and feel so fortunate I picked this one. Some friends ended up in a condo complex a couple miles away that I had been looking at and after seeing their building and unit, I kept telling my husband how fortunate we were that we’d ended up at Ocean Vista. First off, everything about the condo was exactly like the pictures with the exception that the living room furniture actually appears to be newer than what’s pictured (bonus)! Waking up in the master bedroom looking at the sun coming up was nothing short of perfection and spending my mornings drinking coffee on that beautiful 9th floor balcony was the best. The kitchen was well stocked, as were the beach towels, chairs and the wagon for the beach.The condo complex itself is very well taken care of and we saw maintenance people working hard to keep it perfect every day we were there. Location wise, we really enjoyed being able to walk to bars/restaurants on the water, along with ice cream shops and souvenir stores.The owners were very proactive with communication and quick to answer the few questions I had. I’ve raved about your place and would recommend to anyone!
