”We felt safe and the location was good. However the room was in need of a deep clean and updating. The shower had bulging tiles and the water turned on with a separate valve attached to the shower head. Carpet was stained, the paint on the walls had been refreshed but didn’t match the original color and you could see the streaks. The door lock was tricky and light came in all around the frame. ”My family and I stayed at this hotel for my graduation. I suggest the rooms should have more safety features on the room doors. The door on the inside has no physical lock expect for the chain. The door has no peep hole so you can see who is on the other side of the door. The vents in the bathroom should be cleaned or covered they drop very gross things as one is showering. I think if you added like a breakfast that be cool. I love how they still have the phone booth and the hotel is close...

”The floor of the room was literally black with filth. There was human fluids on the mirror around the jacuzzi tub. There were water stains in the ceiling. You had to climb steep narrow stairs to the second floor no elevator. And you had to park out back of the hotel in a bad part of town. It was quite spooky.”

”The staff was the best thing about the place. Super friendly and helpful. This is an old hotel and it shows. Our room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. The light over our bed didn't work so it was pretty dark in the room. The only vending they have is ice and water. No coffee, soda or snacks. The rates were cheap so we didn't expect much. I don't think I would stay there again but if you are looking for nothing fancy with low rates this place will do.”
