”Room was clean and spacious. However it was a horrible night sleep wise for me and my husband! The bed has VERY hard. And the chair was AWFUL to sit/sleep in! Hardest bed we have ever had in a hotel. I have to sit up most nights because of back problems. And the chair was so uncomfortable and tortuous on my back.”

”We had a king non smoking room. We entered into a very recent HIGH concentration of pot and ammonia smell. Room looked great but my heart started racing from the amount of what was in the room. The front desk moved us immediately. Only needed 6 hrs sleep to move on and we got it. No milk for breakfast cereal and orange juice machine was not calibrated properly. No fruit or yogurt but waffles, bagels and biscuit and gravy were available. Property needed straightening, iron board thrown in...

”Our room was very noisy. We could hear people above us, walking down hallway and getting ice. For a new hotel it was not sound proof at all. TV did not work and had no replacement. Miserable night ”
