”Good staff , food good , but no hot water in the sink or bath to wash in the morning it was stone cold. I told the manager who was very apologetic and said he would get it looked at.”

”Most hotels now provide a coffee machine in the room. This hotel does not. No drinking glasses were provided except for small glasses in the bathroom, although a bottle of spring water was provided. The shower was difficult to operate and it was impossible to make the water hot enough. Paint was peeling off one of the walls. The view from the room was delightful.”

”Room was very untidy. Found an old sock behind the curtains which looked like they had been there a while. Stains on the carpet and the chair at the end of the bed. The noise is awful on the main road outside of my room which kept me awake through the night. Parking fills up very quick as well if you arrive later.”

”The interior of the property was disappointing. Beds were not made and the pillows were very poor. The kitchen was perfect, the living room average, and the toilets were very clean and tidy. The shower space is very small, so I wouldn’t recommend it, but I understand that is a limitation of the property. The staff welcomed us well, but at checkout I had a negative experience.
