”There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone”

”We spent five days here. The hotel is ok, the rooms are clean, the cleaning staff are very friendly and everything works. The breakfast is completely sufficient though a little repetitive after a few days. There's a train track nearby making some noise at night. The noise insulation towards the corridor is poor. Things they could improve include the distant and aloof check-in person who made no eye contact with the customer at any point. The employee who explained to the handyman how...

”The room was clean and beds comfortable. Was disappointed no staff on a Sunday morning till 8am and no breakfast. I guess there was a staff issue. ”

”Breakfast options were between a granola bar and a danish pastry. No other choices, then you can have either apple or orange juice. No milk, cereal, eggs or even a piece of fruit..the bathroom toiletries were two: make up removal and a small bottle of conditioner. Not even a bar of soap Gym doesn't open until 7am”

”It is a great location as we were visiting a person at Heritage House memory care, and it is very close. It is also right next to a good Mexican restaurant. The woman who checked us in was great! Friendly, professional, and checked us into a ground floor accessible unit so we didn't have to haul our bags up stairs. On the down side, the bed was really hard. In the morning, there was only coffee - no breakfast of any kind.”

”Advertised that the pool and hot tub were open. But when we checked in the front desk employee (Who had terrible people skills) told us the pool and hot tub were closed and there was a sign on the pool door saying the pool was closed for the season and will open in May.Well , it is the middle of june and it's still closed. And in between the hours of eleven p.m. and midnight , a group of men were running up and down the hall , goofing off and carrying on , and nobody said anything until I asked...

”Traveling with my sister, so we each had our own bed, which were very comfortable. The tub/shower combination was just fine, with shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner so bring your own! Thankfully, I had packed that anyhow. Location was most convenient for our running around and visiting friends and family. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of warm food, fruit, juices, dry cereal, coffee, or tea. Was a little surprised by the $10 night parking fee, may have been in the...

”Clean rooms, friendly staff, very helpful. Pool/hot tub area nice and relaxing. Breakfast was what you expect, but better than average. Staff was really nice, even let us hang out in the lobby and play cards for several hours, and check in was super smooth.”
