”The hotel has not been renovated and feels old, uncomfortable, and somewhat dirty. There is no elevator. The heating system in the room was extremely noisy. At breakfast, there was no seating available for hotel guests as ” it was fully booked” so the personell advise to go some nearby cafe. Uncoordinated, no service and sad given the potential it has. ”

”The rooms are very outdated. Was told we would have a great balcony view of a farm but looked like a junk yard. The wagon wheel saloon restaurant was gross. The waiter was more worried about what everyone was doing than waiting on the people there. Was told by the front staff that all their income comes from their Japanese travelers and tourist visitors don’t matter to them. Just all around very poor and not worth the $270 for one night. ”
