There was a power outage when we arrived and it lasted for several hours. I would’ve liked to get more info from the staff about it. Breakfast was not included in the room price, which is always a bummer. ”It was great!! There was a lot of construction on thevroad and they were quick to let people know. I was second floor and could hear everything. You could also hear clearly everything from the hallway. But Grand Canyon is so absolutely spectacular that you gladly deal with a power outage and bad soundproofing to get to see the canyon. "
