It was our kids’ birthdays and the staff went above and beyond, they decorated the room for us so when our little ones arrived they were so surprised. The room was spacious and clean; we enjoyed having a patio that opened up to a grassy area where the kids could run. ”Good: Excellent vacation spot, literally right on the ocean. The hotel provides and sets up everything you need for a day on their private beach - chairs, umbrellas, towels, tables etc. Food and drink service is available on the beach as well. Beach staff was very friendly and responsive, and didn't expect tips (for non-food services). Hotel is cashless - everything is charged to your room. ”Overall I was very pleased with the stay. The room/villa was very clean as was the entire property. The property and amenities were excellent. It was a mixed bag with the staff. The cleaning staff were very friendly and always very helpful, they were 5*. The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful but commonly in the back and not at the counter, especially at night. The valet at the shore house was fantastic, the valet at the main hotel were rude on the two occasions I had to use them...

”This house is very well stocked, it even has spices for use. Beds were comfortable and there is an abundance of extra linens. The sauna was a great bonus. The location is great, nice quiet neighborhood. The outside casita has a stellar bathroom, however there’s only a small pull out couch in there but they do have a nice topper for it. Imo the only thing lacking is an outdoor table and chairs. Owners are very responsive. We would definitely stay there again”
