”This place did NOT look like the pictures. The pool was green. I booked a king delux but was given two Queens. The room was not that clean. There was a long hair on our bed and a small clump of hair was on the bathroom sink. The bedding had a cigarette burn. The TV remote was missing but staff was friendly and helpful. It was lodged in behind the bed. The next morning, the hot water wasn’t working and I had to take a cold shower. Staff was helpful later and fixed the problem. We left for the day...

”Cleaning staff were friendly, parking is a bit tight. Overall clean hotel and close to all the places we needed to be. Checkin/out was easy, rooms were clean. Soap available, but you will need to bring your own shampoo.”

”This property has no hot or even warm water. This was not just a random maintenance issue. I called the front and was told the water never really gets hot because the water heaters arent strong enough to heat water for all the rooms in the property. This should be advertised and at the very least told when you check in. Warm showers are a basic necessity when staying in a motel no matter the price. I emailed the property manager they offered to move me to another room and see if the water was...
