”We came into town for a football game and found this place for an affordable price, and the house was terrific. Super cozy and quiet. A very nice find. ”

”Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

”While the host was very quick to reply to my messages, and provide detailed information, the apartment was not as clean as we expected. It seemed as if no one had stayed there for awhile. Also, the comforters didn't looked clean. While this was only a 2 night stay for college visits, we expected more from the pictures and reviews, which emphasized how clean it is. And since there is a no shoe policy, one would expect more.”

”Henry was prompt in answering questions. There is a great garage to park in with EV chargers. The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go to spend time with our son at Pitt during family weekend. We would definitely stay there again. The fancy commode with the heated seat was an added benefit, and we loved the history of Luna Park on the walls in the hallway. ”
