”I will continue to stay here when I need a place on the southside. Check in is easy and smooth. Rooms are always nice and well stocked. I wish the breakfast was a lil better but that’s the only thing I can think of that needs an upgrade.”

”The staff was friendly. I like the complimentary breakfast. They also have a bar attached to the hotel which was closed after the Steelers game you want to go and celebrate but you couldn’t. There also was a fight in the room right next door that happened twice during the coarse of the night and the staff did not want to hear about it. I will not be staying at this location again.”

”Great location within walking distance from several museums. Parking garage was convenient and easy to walk in / out, drive in / out.
The room had everything I needed including a full kitchen. The lights, the lamp switches, the shower were well placed. Breakfast was not luxurious but had the staples: 2 hot meats and 2 hot sides, hot oatmeal, apples and bananas and 2 kinds of fruit juice, and std selection of yogurt and breads. Not just a muffin and bad coffee like in too many motels in the...

”The staff were all amazing and so helpful. Stern was exceptional. He made our 2 evening's very fun and he was very informative about local things to do. We were told to try an amazing Italian Restaurant and given exact directions to get to every where we wanted to go. The location is in a nice and safe area. The bed was sooo comfy and the noise level in our room was very minimal compared to other places we have stayed. Great job!!!!!! We will stay here again!”
