”Maybe they were having just a bad day, but I found multiple interactions with staff to be less than positive. They seem to be moping or upset about something. I don’t need them to be over the top gregarious, but it would be nice to be acknowledged as a guest and to be appreciated. Again, maybe it was just a bad day. ”I appreciate the staff friendliness and allowing us to use breakfast area for a brief family gathering in the evening.
However, please reserve rooms for families with kids on the first floor or another area. Both nights kids were running the hall, screaming, riding the luggage cart while their parents were either in the room or another part of the building.
