”It was small and could use a living room coffee table or a small dining table. The listing noted a laundry, but we did not find out in the building. Otherwise, it was good for us, and I can safely say that if we return again next March, we would seek it out again if available! Three stories up and no elevator, so if you are older or disabled you might think again!”

”This was a great place to stay. We came for a conference in Clearwater. This place was close to everything and was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The host was very quick with responses. Communication was great and the place was even better than shown in pictures!”

”Was as pictured though I didn't realize there was a full bedroom and pull out couch in the living room. Ideal for our stay. Lots of traffic sounds as the condo is on the bridge end but we didn't mind. We were there for family events in the area and I would definitely book again!”

”The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes from the beach. It is very comfortable. We loved the screened porch. The place could be better equipped, especially for longer term guests, ie towels and linens, baking pans, larger serving bowl, pizza cutter etc. it was nice to have the Keurig for single cups. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. ”

”Communication was excellent. Very impressed with cleanliness and how so many things were provided. Loved the location to beaches and shops. Our host checked on us at least once a week. Highly recommend this condo. Would definitely stay again. ”

”The bedroom and bathroom updated and very nice. The kitchen was adequate but limited in dishes, glass wear, silverware and countertops! No basic spices, limited cooking utensils or basic cleaning supplies. Furnishings were sparse but adequate. The staff and the little market in the office were outstanding!! The view from our unit was great!! ”

”The air conditioning worked great and the extras like toothbrushes, coffee pods/creamer, etc were great! Very clean and Dawn was wonderful. I would suggest updating the Check Out time because it said 11:00a online but when the info sheet when you get to the condo says 10:00a. We could have used that extra hour. Great location!”
