”Property met my requirements in every way and exceeded my expectations”

”All good, nice location, big and clean rooms.”

”As a solo traveller this accommodation was wonderful. Kate is incredibly kind, hardworking, and accommodating. She allowed me to check in much earlier and the room was absolutely spotless. I felt very safe during my stay. The breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of different options. I regret not staying a few extra nights! Overall I loved my stay at Ach na Sheen and highly recommend it to other travellers, especially solo travellers”

”Tunnelmallinen hotelli. Siisti, tilava huone kolmelle mutta valaistus vähän huono. Hyvä ravintola ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”Overall, we had a great stay. The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable, although dated with furnishings. This wasn’t really an issue because it added to the overall charm of the place. The breakfast was amazing. Don’t even think of getting a package that doesn’t include breakfast. It was marvelous. We did have one rather uncomfortable experience with the attendants in the pool and gym area. We were just walking around, checking it out, fully dressed ( lol) …it was very obvious that...

”The hotel looks tired and needs some upgrades. The shower was so very small, tighter than a phone booth and the shower walls are pealing. There is no elevator, so my husband had to carry the two full size suitcases up to the second floor. Cahir is a small town, with no many hotel options, so I guess it is not bad if you are staying there for a night, and the pub/restaurant offered a pretty decent fish and chips.”

”Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring”

”Very nice property, easy parking. Short walk into town.”

”We found the staff and property to be excellent. They were very cooperative in allowing an early check-in. The room was excellent. The property had a bar and dining options which we both used and enjoyed. The breakfast was a complete menu for us to select from and was excellent. We had after dinner drinks and good discussions with the staff. The property itself was located within walking distance of the town and there was ample parking on site.”

”Justin, while nice, changed the property the day of the reservation without explanation. He sent texts to me while I was traveling. There was no time or option for me to rent another space for myself and my family. The unit we stayed in, I saw when booking and chose not to book. The unit we were given was smaller than what was booked, not as well furnished, and needed repair. The upstair’s shower actively leaked thru the kitchen ceiling, light fixtures were broken and would malfunction...

”I'm writing this review based more on the host than the property at Deerpark. We had booked the Deerpark location, but the morning we were to check-in, we received a message indicating that we've been moved to a different rental location due to a 'plumbing issue at Deerpark'. We were assured by Justin that the new location would be better: more room, a big backyard, etc. Upon checking in, it was bigger, but certainly not better. This place was dated and in need of several repairs. The carpet...

”This place was good enough for a one night stay, very basic, could have a few more things that would tip it up to a 5 star which I will share privately with the owner.”

”Host offered to “upgrade” us. It really doesn’t take much to make me happy. We did not see the original property but this one was cold, with just one portable space heater downstairs. Could not get the hot water working. The alarm kept beeping throughout our stay. On a busy street. I could go on, but the temperature inside was the worst and the fact that we could not get hot water. Not impressed - would not recommend unfortunately. Book at your own risk!”

”Great stay in this spacious villa, virtually brand new so very clean and well stocked. The owner Justin lives next door and is quickly responsive to any questions or requests - he truly goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are satisfied. We had plenty of space for our family and appreciated being able to walk to anything we needed.”

”Beautiful property and a good place to refresh after a long flight. Quiet, owners were nice, and scones waiting for us upon arrival. 'True Ireland' location.”
