”Had an excellent stay; missed only a table/chair for Internet use in the room (WiFi worked well). Everything was comfortable, in good condition, and the location was quiite convenient for the family wedding at The Mill.”

”Overall, it was a good, solid place to stay for more than a week. Laid back, and staff that didn't bother you. Nice location, right on the water. No coffee machine in the office nor in the room, so visit Dave at Ma's across the street for a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. A little further down is a 7-11. Avoid Boathouse401 at all costs. They call cops at the drop of a hat. ”

”Clean, well-managed. Nothing extraordinary, but no major issues either. Breakfast is free, serve yourself: pastries, cold cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, fruit, juice, milk, coffee, make your waffles”

”Dirty place. Smelled like pot. Outlets in the room where hungging from the wall. Beds felt like sleeping in plywood and had metal box frame that made so much noise. The only good thing was that was not carpet in the room. Also the curtain rod in the bathroom was falling off etc etc etc”

”Typical outdated room, it was clean enough to stay one night. Room was next to the parking spaces so you heard the older couples with loud bikes that were staying next door come and go. ”

”The 2 bedroom house was great. I have to be honest at 1st i thought it was a little sketchy, since i booked through 1 motel and when i called to confirm they couldn't find my reservation at 1st but eventually did. Then i was told i had to check in at a different motel to get the key to the house. It all ended up working out and the guy was super nice the house was very clean and everything was great just no washer or dryer i like to wash my clothes before going home so i don't have to do a...

”My fiancé and I have stayed here plenty of times. We always enjoy our stay. The staff is amazing. Everything‘s is always neat and clean. We always feel like we are at home. ”

”Our room was clean. Pool is a big plus. Breakfast is very good. Location is good. So, value for the money.”

”Parking was right up to the outside facing door which was nice for checkout I could easily load my stuff up, air conditioner/heater worked very well keeping the room cool at all times, staff was super friendly and informative. Only downside was my door was near an exit I guess people were coming in and out of and my door ended up getting banged on loudly a number of times in the morning, overall for a one nights stay for the price it was a pretty good experience ”

”The captains cottage was a super nice place with great staff and close to a great restaurant and bar. My wife and I enjoyed our stay!!!!”

”Everything was great only thing for me was there was no microwave in the room and it would been nice to have a coffee pot as well. But they do provide it but you have to walk down and use it..being on the third floor it was a bit inconvenient for me . But great spot and nice environment and the staff are really nice .. and the room was very clean and once again location to beach and downtown is awesome .”
