”The room and property was great. The location was beautiful with a nice walking path. Only feedback is the pillows were not very comfortable, they seemed old, and it was definitely quite easy to hear the hallway noise, as well as noise from floors above.”

”Breakfast and dinner”

”My husband and I were visiting Kansas City for the first time to catch the Kansas City Chiefs game for the first time as well. Searching the internet for a place to stay can be overwhelming. I chose the Unity Village and everything about the place was absolutely lovely. Our room, was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus. At the end of the day, The Cafe staff and customers were very friendly and fun. Above and beyond our expectations! I am...

”ok”

”The property is well maintained and clean. The staff are always helpful and friendly. This time the TV in our room would not work and we were told that a previous guest set it to his log in and they could not fix it. They did offer a different room and we stayed in the room rather than the hassle of moving rooms. The staff was again professional, helpful and friendly. This is our go to hotel when we go to see family in Lee's Summit. The beds are great and the rooms are always clean. Thank...

”From the moment I got there, I was greeted in a friendly manner by the desk clerk. He engaged me in conversation and made me feel very welcome. The room was very clean and made up nicely. I had a great view of the parking lot where my truck was and that was nice. The bed was comfortable and I would have slept great but super loud motorcycles on nearby I-70 would wake me up. Not the hotel's fault, just saying. The hot breakfast the next morning was delicious and well maintained. Even...

”Clean room, nice staff. Some of the paint and trim is getting worn in some of the rooms. Small cobweb in one corner of the room. Stained grout on tub. Lots of loud squeaky doors on the second floor. Lots of thumping and stomping noise due to loud guests that were there for a youth soccer team meet over the weekend. Biscuits were not done at breakfast. Doughy, crumbly and not hot enough or fully baked. People would not line up in an orderly fashion at the breakfast area. It was a free for all!...

”Only problem we had was the AC / Heat unit in room 113 made a lot of noise!”

”The beds were springy, the breakfast was great, the hot tub was broke and the water was gross, the parking lot had trash all over.”

”Bed was very comfortable and rooms were clean. Great coffee and friendly staff.”

”A great place to stay!! Top notch customer staff!!”

”Our host was personable and the hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast was a treat.”

”They seemed a little judgy. And the letter that tracked me and kept calling me that girl”

”Helpful staff. Clean, spacious suite. A bit dated but OK for one night. Good breakfast included. Highly recommended”
