”this property was dirty dirty sheets holes in the blanket i chose not to stay the additional night i had reserved even though it was paid for and non refundable. highly do not recommend.”

”What i liked best was the hotel appears to be all one level. 1st floor rooms mean nobody running or stomping while you try to sleep.”

”The room was clean and quiet. We had a good sleep. It would have been nice to have a working bathroom fan. It got very steamy while showering. The coffee and breakfast were not very good. The staff was kind and friendly, but it would have been nice to have a bell at the counter at check in because we had to wait for someone to show up for a minute or two when we were checking in. Overall, good stay!”

”Positive: A/C, hot water and parking Negative: No restroom at the reception area, the property is not well maintained. Marie, the lady at reception was very helpful and the lady at the cafeteria was so nice.”

”Comfortable beds but a little outdated. The breakfast was very simple and we didnt like the kiosk. We would have preferred someone there in-person”

”Waited 30 mins to check in, didn't have a remote, there was bugs, nobody around for kore towels.”

”What a nightmare!!! If it wasn't late, my husband and I would go to another hotel. We we walked in the lobby so of speak, the staff was caged behind a bullet proof like room. He rolled a draw out to take my ID and credit card. He said a $50 deposit is required in case we damage the room. What a joke. There is nothing possible that we will take or damage in the room. There was a small fee associated with that $50 deposit. When we walked to our room, there were people sitting outside of the room...

”During a stay I lost my car keys heading back to my room late one night. Next morning was supposed to be our check out day and thatvis when I realized my keys were missing. I talked to the man at the front desk and explained what happened, he let the staff know and let us stay passed check out and re-rented the room for another night. Several hours later one of the maintenance guys brought me my keys. Outstanding staff for the help. Thank you all!”

”The staff were very polite and helpful. The happy hour every evening was a pleasant surprise. Very happy with Drury Inn. Would 100% stay here again for chiefs/royals games.”

”The room was ok but its old. It needs a deep deep cleaning. There was dust on the small lamp shades that looked like its been there for a long time. This place definitely needs an overhaul and upgrade. I checked in and upon seeing the room, I wanted to not stay there but I had to due to the fact that I had gone through a 3rd party and was non refundable. We made the best of it and was out of the room as much time as we could and only came back to sleep.”
