South Water Caye Hotellit

”The property itself was beautiful, but the pool was only open until 6pm. The restaurant was only open until 7 and there was nothing to do after 7pm. This property needed to have someone at the front desk/ maintenance available 24/7. We went to check out at 6am and there was no one available to check us out. We called the front desk a few times for differe t reasons and there was no answer. ”

”After we arrived we straight bookend third night. Could stay longer! Whole Hopkins area were nice, good restaurants and friendly helpful people there. It’s safety to hitchhike there. Very nice people at the hostel too, nice shared areas. Easy to get to Cockscomb in the jungle to maybe see some jaguars. No AC at rooms so that’s something you need to get along without.”

”It is an older hotel, so that was a bit of a shocker for us at first. But the location was great and after the receptionist changed our rooms we were quite happy, we got a bigger room with a smaller shower, (not to small) and shady outside sitting area, we were quite happy. The room and bathroom were clean, and because we only stayed 2 days we did not need the room-service. They did bring beach towels and emptied garbage. The breakfast was good and plenty, People lovely, and a superb location. ”

”We stayed in a first-floor, beachfront room which was wonderful! It was so nice waking up and just walking out the door to a beautiful sunrise and birds flying overhead. The staff were all super helpful and nice and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! The only problem we had was not enough vacation days lol ”

”We loved Hopkins and especially staying in the pink cabana on the beach close by to everything. Our hosts were amazing. We only wish we could have stayed longer! ”

”I booked thru this site on November 15th for Barana hotel and when I got there I was told that I was the 3rd person that day that showed up with our reservation and there was no reservation booked with the hotel. The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you. ”

”Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Everyone nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and spotless with a view of the water from deck. The pool and beach were amazing and the Rum Shack made fantastic drinks and food. Would highly recommend ”
