”A wonderful stay in an historic hotel. The up and down steps (which cannot be avoided) with bags etc the only downside, but must add help with bags was offered!
Our room with a bay window overlooking the harbour was lovely. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower.

”This isn't a 5* hotel nor is it trying to be! A beautiful Inn, freshly renovated with a great vibe. The staff and food can be described as exceptional. I understand how the reviews are so good and I'm happy to add to them.”
”Great position. Our room overlooked the harbour so we had great views. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. It’s close to the main streets as well so ideally situated. Breakfast was great really tasty and ample. We would stay again for sure.”

I would have given the hotel the full 5 stars on every single aspect but unfortunately, although the bathroom was clean, there were a lot of hair on the floor. The shower took a very long time to get to the right temperature and the water pressure was only a trickle. Hence low score. Sorry. My served breakfast was cold on day 1 but was nice and hot day 2.”
”The staff were extremely friendly. Food was exceptional and piping hot. Lovely selection of continental, fruits and yoghurts. Bed was just perfect, I slept like a log. Had no issues with the internet. Overall a lovely perfect stay. Thank you.”

”Very nice property, beautiful views of the beach and lake from the property, nice garden area to sit and relax. Parking for two cars was really helpful. Truro and Falmouth were good places to visit. Trelissick Garden National Trust was also a good place to visit, especially if you are National trust members, the gardens there are beautiful. ”
